Wuzzi

Terms of use

Effective November 8, 2026

The license

Wuzzi is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add a few points specific to Wuzzi. If anything here conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA wins.

Wuzzi is not medical advice. Wuzzi helps you record your baby’s routine and notice patterns. Insights, sleep windows, growth percentiles and reports are for information only. They do not diagnose, treat or replace the judgment of your pediatrician or another qualified health professional. If you are worried about your baby, contact your pediatrician. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the US) right away.

Health content

Insights are based on published guidance, such as from the American Academy of Pediatrics, the CDC, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the WHO Child Growth Standards, and name their source in the app. They depend on what you log: a missed or mistaken entry can make an insight wrong. Guidance changes over time and every baby is different.

Subscriptions and purchases

  • Wuzzi offers monthly and annual subscriptions, each with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, and a one-time lifetime purchase.
  • Purchases are made and billed by Apple through your Apple Account. Payment is charged when the free trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Without a subscription, Wuzzi keeps working with a free version that has limits, such as one baby and the last 3 days of history.

Your data and sharing

You own what you log. It is stored on your devices and in your iCloud account, as described in the privacy policy. When you invite someone to a journal, they can see and change its records; only invite people you trust. Syncing and sharing depend on Apple’s iCloud service, which we do not control. Keep your own exports if a record matters to you.

Acceptable use

Use Wuzzi only to keep records you have the right to keep, such as about a child in your care. Do not try to interfere with the app or with other people’s iCloud data.

Warranty and liability

Wuzzi is provided as described in the Standard EULA, including its sections on warranty disclaimers and limitation of liability, to the extent the law where you live allows.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top.
