Sharing and sync
How do I invite my partner?
In Wuzzi, go to More › Share with family › Invite family, and send the invitation by Messages, Mail or any app. Your partner opens the link on their iPhone, which needs Wuzzi installed and iCloud signed in. Once they accept, you both log to the same journal.
My partner’s entries aren’t showing up.
Check that both iPhones are online and signed in to iCloud, and that iCloud is turned on for Wuzzi in iOS Settings › your name › iCloud. Changes usually appear within seconds, but can take a few minutes on a weak connection. In Wuzzi, More › iCloud & data shows the latest sync status and any error from iCloud.
The invitation link doesn’t open.
Make sure Wuzzi is installed and opened at least once on the invited iPhone, then tap the link again. If it was sent to an email or phone number that isn’t on that person’s Apple Account, send a new invitation to one that is.
How do I stop sharing or remove someone?
Go to More › Share with family and choose Invite or remove people. The journal’s owner can remove anyone; someone invited can leave.
Subscriptions
How does the free trial work?
The monthly and annual plans start with 7 days free. Apple charges your Apple Account when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone, go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Wuzzi. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
I bought Wuzzi but it isn’t unlocked.
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with, then use Restore purchases in the app.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
How do I make a report for the pediatrician?
In Trends, open the shareable report, pick the period and share the PDF, or export a CSV with every record.
Is my data backed up?
Yes, in your own iCloud account. If you get a new iPhone, sign in to the same iCloud and install Wuzzi; your journal syncs back.
How do I delete everything?
Delete records in the app, or remove all of Wuzzi’s iCloud data in iOS Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Account Storage › Wuzzi. See the privacy policy for details.
Logging
Can I log from the Lock Screen?
Yes. A running feed or sleep timer appears on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island with Pause, Switch and Finish. The Home Screen widget has one-tap buttons too.
Can I use Siri?
Say “Log a diaper in Wuzzi”, “Start feeding in Wuzzi” or “Baby is asleep in Wuzzi”. You can also assign a shortcut to Back Tap in Settings › Accessibility › Touch.
I logged something by mistake.
Tap Undo right after logging, or open the record and edit or delete it.
